Manager, Vendor Relations
Beth plays a crucial role in the success of EatLoco’s four markets, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities. She diligently manages day-to-day back-office tasks, collaborates with vendors to resolve market-related issues and date changes, and promptly attends to customer inquiries and concerns. Beth’s meticulous attention to detail serves as the cornerstone of our operations, making her an indispensable asset to the EatLoco team.
Sr. Market Manager
Mark’s authoritative nature and attention to detail play a crucial role in keeping our market running strong, organized, and safe for everyone. Mark has become an essential part of the EatLoco team as we prepare for expansion and growth in the next 1-3 years. Mark brings a blend of organizational skills, community engagement, and a passion for helping our vendors succeed. He helps oversee the daily operations of our markets, ensuring that all vendors adhere to our quality standards and regulations. Mark’s role involves coordinating with farmers, artisans, and food vendors to create a diverse and appealing market that attracts a broad audience.
From the very beginning, EatLoco has been about more than markets. It has been about people, connection, and creating something meaningful for small businesses and the communities they serve.
What started as an idea rooted in supporting local farmers and makers grew into something far greater under Dan Hine’s leadership. EatLoco became a place where small businesses could launch, grow, and truly belong. Week after week, market after market, Dan helped create an environment where vendors were not just participants, but part of a thriving, supportive community.
His approach was never just about operations or growth. It was about relationships. Dan has a unique ability to make people feel seen, valued, and supported. Whether it was a first-time vendor setting up a tent or a long-time business expanding to multiple markets, he was always there with encouragement, guidance, and genuine care.
Because of that, EatLoco is what it is today. A trusted destination. A platform for hundreds of small businesses. A gathering place for thousands of people each week.
As Dan steps down from his role as Owner and CEO, his impact does not step away with him. It is woven into every market, every vendor story, and every connection made under the EatLoco name.
We are incredibly grateful for his leadership, his vision, and the community he built. And while this marks the end of one chapter, the foundation he created ensures that EatLoco will continue to grow, evolve, and stay true to what matters most.
